Mr. Crusz formerly of Waterloo

Rienzi Crusz, 1925 to 2009.

He and I would meet occasionally in our everyday travels. He accepted a file of my poems for study suggestion and improvement. Ever smiling and courteous he told me simply to enjoy the process of stimulating writing, with no fussy agenda to find a publisher. Little booklets, self published and given to friends or even to strangers would suffice. Articles in local news. Readings at a church hall or public library. Submissions to poetry periodicals and contests. All of such measures build a growing credibility and appeal. Takes time.
