It’s that turquoise. Comes from deposits off the mountains. Dare I say iconic?

Beaver valley to Georgian Bay* 

Come to the Falls.*

Beach of Port Elgin*

For some its the wars

Far off or Civil

Or hundreds of players

On stage.

Or artifacts men made

So ancient 

Or structures some genius had laid.

But Canada?

Who knows how to place us?

Except if one looks at the Land.

Some richness there 

To be envied.

That Heaven alone

Could have planned.
